Oh purlease ... Madrid should get Real

I think it's a little rich to hear Real Madrid warning their youth players not to leave and join other teams. Fair enough they may be a little incensed lately having lost Gerardo Bruna to us. Their argument is that most young players who leave will just find themselves playing reserve team football etc.
Of course if those same youth players were to stay with Real Madrid, would they really have any better chance of making a breakthrough with all the Galacticos they buy every year ? I think not !
The likes of Arsenal (in particular), Liverpool & Manchester United have much better track records of youngsters breaking in to the first teams, which is why I imagine the youngsters are enticed in to leaving Real/Barca.

Maybe clubs like Arsneal should look to improve their own academies so they can produce players similar to the caliber of Barcelona.

Just look:

Iniesta, Fabregas, De Santos, Krkic

Arsenal:
