If there's one thing which was completely obvious last summer, it's that Momo Sissoko was living on borrowed time. With the sheer quality we already had in midfield and the arrival of Lucas Leiva (who is surely destined for world class status), there was little room left for Sissoko.
I know Sissoko has taken a fair amount of stick over the years for his wayward passing, but to be fair he has been a tremendous signing for us, a true destroyer with so much energy and passion and I loved watching him play when he was on form. He also played a massive part in our title charge a couple of years ago when we finished with 82 points.
Now that he is on his merry little way to Juventus, I would prefer to remember him for his fantastic contributions to LFC. Bon voyage Momo :-)

Its a good move for Sissoko, lots of unfulfilled potential there, he is still a very young lad and is bound to improve, Rafa once said he was the next Viera and who knows maybe he will be that good one day.
He was never the same after his eye injury but i hope he does get his game at Juve. Best wishes Momo

Momo was truly immense against Barcelona, best game I ever saw him in. I got a feeling he could come back to haunt us one day, he really can dominate an entire game when on form. Cheers boss !
If we dont sign Mascherano we can forget all about having the best midfield in the world. The money from this sale had better go towards signing Mascherano and not paying off the Americans debts.
