We're at it again with the signing of yet another highly rated youngster who was also chased by Barcelona. This time it's for a 17 year old Danish striker/attacking midfielder who has some sweet skills. Not sure if anyone reading speaks Danish and might provide some further insight into this article (LINK). Anyway here's a wee video showcasing some of his skills :-

Nikola Saric changes from Herfølge to Liverpool on a three year contract. Only the medical check remains before he puts pen to paper.
The big clubs have been queing up outside Per Rud's door, the manager of Herfølge. Everybody wanted the talented 17-year old,
which has been offered contracts from both Tottenham and Barcelona.
Now he has decided his future club. Herfølge has agreed with Liverpool on a transfersum, which according to
Dagbladet Køge is somewhere between 3 and 5 million Danish kroner. The contract will be signed tuesday, when Saric has passed
the medical check.
- This is a wonderful opportunity for me. I will train with the big names over there, and will have time to develop on
the reserve team. I am very happy for the way things have worked out now, because this has been a tough season for me,
Nikola Saric says to Dagbladet Køge.
- I feel the time is right for new challenges, and we have been waiting for the right club. That one arrived now, so there's no use waiting.
I will of course miss my friends and the club, but I have set myself high aims, so I'd better accept the challenges when they arrive.
Liverpools determination to land Saric was shown by the fact that Rafael Benitez himself took care of the final negotiations.
- This is Rafa, he said. I almost thought someone was joking with me, Per Rud says to the Newspaper.
Nikola Saric can sign a three year contract on tuesday, once the medical check is finished.
