Third time lucky for Craig Lindfield

A couple of years ago, the Reds starlet had many of us dreaming we'd found the next home grown talent capable of breaking through to the first team. Playing alongside his hero (Fowler), he scored on his Liverpool debut at just 17 years of age.

Last season he had 2 loan spells and scored a stunning volley on his debut for Notts County, sadly both loan spells were cut short because the clubs couldn't afford his wages. This season sees him go on loan with AFC Bournemouth to gain some experience in League One [EDIT: minor typo (read: f**k up), it's really League Two].

With the emergence of Bruna, Pacheco and now Ngog, I wonder if Lindfield will ever make the breakthrough to the first team.

He will never make it at LFC. We have too many young players who are far more talented than he is.

I hope he gets lots of experience and goals. That way we can sell him for a shit load of money :-)

I originally had high hopes for him, but a sale in a year or two seems most likely :-(

I know it's probably making you dizzy looking all that way down the league tables... but we're in League Two, not League One...

@fletcherthecat - i wish i could write it off as a typo, maybe if i had written 1 instead of 2, that might work. But writing "One" instead of "Two" is clearly a great big f**k up on my part :-(

Thanks for letting me know though :-)
