Lyon are probably the trickiest team we'll face. For the first time in 8 years, they didn't win their league last season, but they still have some dangerous players (Bastos, Gomis, and Lopez).
Fiorentina may have been lucky to qualify, but they're a disciplined side with a couple of dangerous strikers (Mutu and Gilardino).
Debrenci are the only team in this group to have won their league last season, but the odds are they'll end up the whipping boys of the group.
We've got 2 tough teams, yet we should be more than capable of winning the group, plus we get to start and finish the group at Anfield.

I watched Fiorentina in the qualifying round against Sporting Lisbon. The poor sods look like a team who can't defend at all and their midfield don't seem like much.
I think Lyon are the only tricky team here. Nice easy group for us.
Glad we dodged Juventus and Real Madrid.
Not the easiest group but not the most difficult either. Worst case scenario we finish runners up.
@Marcus - I heard about that, but put it down to poor early season form (much like ourselves). I think they could be tough but manageable for us.
@Scouserine - yeah, I'd be beyond shocked if we don't qualify from this group.
Florence, Budapest and Lyon. Wow thats going to be incredible experience for travelling kopites. Wish I could afford to join them. I think it will be between Liverpool and Lyon for who takes first place.
I am quite happy with this draw. Its about time we got to play some different teams. We should comfortably make it into the last 16.
BTW, lisandro and lopez are the same player...
@Michelle - yeah I wish had the cash for it too, instead I'll just have to suffice with the TV like most folk :-(
@Simon - it certainly makes for a refreshing change, no doubt it'll be the same old teams by the quarter finals though...
